so what i have to to do is use iTunes then shift+restore and select FW 1.1.1(iPhone1,1_1.1.1_3A109a_Restore) in my computer right ? not just simply click on restore and choose "restore and update" ?

The term virginize / re-virgin is misused many many times.

You virginize / revirgin is your baseband is out of wack or has corrupted seczone by the use of anySIM 1.0, 1.0.2, iunlock. (note: anySIM 1.1 and later does not have this problem).

Restore is to put the OS software/firmware back into the phone and wiping things clean. A restore does not downgrade your baseband firmware. An update will upgrade your baseband firmware IF the existing firmware is of lower version.

Yes. You need to revirginize your phone if you have used iUnlock, anySIM 1.0 or anySIM 1.0.2 to unlock your phone before. And you need to do it only once, unless you're stupid and use those 3 again instead of anySIM 1.1.

    yes.
you do the shift restore so you can select the desired software image. If you don't do that, itunes will go out to apple site and grab the latest version (such as 1.1.2) and put on your phone and sometimes that's not desirable.
