Default Reverisibilty of 1.1.1 jailbreak with windows

FWIW, I just today bought a OOTB 1.1.1 and activated it with an AT&T Pick Your Plan option. This is the best option for me because I only expect to be in the US for 3-6 months before moving back overseas. Right now I want to Jailbreak the phone and install apps on it but do not need to unlock it yet... I'll do that if/when I need to and I won't upgrade firmware beyond what is know to be unlockable (currently 1.1.1) either... before I do jailbreak it I have an important question I can't find an answer to... IFWIW, I've been following these forums for weeks, I have searched.

Question 1: Is a Jailbreak, the one detailed here for example fully reversible? ie if I needed to take my phone into an Apple store for warranty service I could restore it back to virgin and they'd never know it'd been Jailbroken?

Question 2: Is AnySim 1.2 for 1.1.1 fully reversible since it no longer mucks with the BB/NVram (at least as I understand it)?

I know the Iphone Dev Team is working on a virginizer tool, which would be fabulous, but I'm wondering if for now, just in case, there is any way, even if complicated, to do it if the need arises.

    2. It still mucks with BB, just in a less haphazard way...without corrupting NVRAM... at least that what the team says
