Shift + click update/restore in iTunes (or command + click for Macs) and you can restore firmware locally. You must have the 1.0.2 firmware downloaded. Do some searching, I've posted this at least 5 times in the last 12 hours.

If you have 1.1.1 Donate to the Dev team, and wait a little while.) Plug usb cable into PC. plug other end in iphone, and as soon as the gray apple appears, hold power button and home button down at same time. Keep holding the buttons down. your iphone will reset itself 2-3 times before you get a yellow triangle.

its a little hidden on that install page.. mybe change that

    Command-click brings up 1.1.1

I have 1.0.2 in the iPhone, and 1.0.2 update and restore in my iPhone Software Updates folder.
