    Default Removing Installer after jailbreakme.com

After Jailbreaking/Activating with AppSnapp, how does one remove Installer?

I don't want to leave it on my siblings' phones, they will install crap and I will end up restoring their phones.

    Please help.

Dunno bout removing it but could could edit the M68AP.plist in /System/Library/coreservices/springboard.app/ and move the link to installed to the Special category and it will hide the icon after a restart.

What I did on one of the phones was install Installer using iBrickr, and then uninstalled it from there, but I dont know if that will cause any problems to the phone.

I just checked with mine and Independence (on Mac) seems to work to remove the app. It came up in the installed (user) apps list. And I could click it and hit remove. I did not remove it (because I want it), but it looked to be 100% removable.

INdependence got inhibited when it was restarting the springboard, but when I restarted the phone, installer was gone. Is this normal behavior?
