Default Recovery needed on Hacked phone, what to do?

    Hi Guys!

Yesterday Ive activated and unlocked my OTB FW1.1.1 iPhone. When I got it it was kinda weird because it wouldnt turn on, so I connected it to iTunes and iTunes reported that the phone was in recovery mode.

Alrighty no problem, so I restored it using Itunes. After that I had a working phone ready to hack. It was kinda strange but it didnt bother me that much. I used the OSX guide on to hack the phone.

Used independence 1.2.5 to activate and jailbreak. Then used Anysim 1.1.1 to unlock. Everything worked!
I used it for a day, and in the evening I turned it off.

This morning I tried to turn it on, didnt work... connected it to Itunes... Iphone found in recovery mode!
I had to restore it again but now my Activation, Jailbreak and Unlock are gone.

What do I do now? Ive already hacked the phone once is it safe to do it again?
    To make things clear:
    OTB FW 1.1.1 iPhone
Independence 1.2.5 jailbroken, ssh'ed, changed root/mobile passwords and activated.
    Used Anysim 1.1.1 to unlock.

I really need some "expert" advice on how to get my phone working again. Im worried that if I do the same as I did before the phone will get screwed because of "leftovers" of Anysim 1.1.1.
