    Default quick question week 26 version 1.0.0 at&t customer

    hello ;

    a friend of mine has a contract with att...his iphone has version 1.0.0 on it.. how can i do the jailbreak...


    I think that I can do...
    update to 1.0.2 by holding the ctrl key and select iPhone1,1_1.0.2_1C28_Restore.ipsw from my pc...then use ibrikr to free the iphone..

    please.....any advice would be appreciated...

    Update it to 1.1.1 and then use the jailbreakme.com method

    correct. Updating to 1.1.1 and jailbreak/activating/unlocking is probably the easiest method out right now using jailbreakme.com
