in the next week i will be in usa and i would ask to you if i have to buy or not the iphone.
I ask this because i've read that the new bootloader doesn't permit the unlocking and (because i'm newbie regard the unloking), i ask to all community a council regarding this.

apple store not much attended? lol... check your newspaper to see if there's any apple store "grand closing". that will be your best bet

i've try to ask...maybe someone that isn't in the centre of the city....

LMAO! COnsidering all the new crap they came up with...mac leopard, iphone and all the fuzz/hype everywhere...im pretty sure you can find an apple store that is "unattended"

Seriously tho...

1) you can't buy 100000000 iphones even if you have the money! Apple stores usually sell only 2 per customer!! So forget about making big money back in your country!

2) I dont think there is any store that sells the older firmware 1.1.1. or 1.0.2 iphones so forget about getting those. Basically if you want you can get the new iphones with the new FW and just wait for an unlock solution that is coming out pretty soon! Just hang on tight!

Just buy the iPhone and wait for a solution... if you do everything right, you will have an expensive iPod Touch while waiting a solution for new bootloader...
I'd do that, Dev Team isnt that late, and when they release new anySIM, it will work like a charm. Just buy and use as an iPod while waiting, thats my opinion.

I'm sorry, this question has most likely been answered before, but, can you still buy Iphone with cash? 1 iphone only, no more.(maybe you can pay one iphone with cash, but if your buying more than one, you need a credit card ?)
My dad is in las vegas right now, and the price for an iphone is the same as the price for an 8 gb ipod touch here, so if it's still possible to buy with cash i'd rather buy an iphone.

NO ONE IS FORCING YOU TO BUY THE IPHONE, if you do decide to buy the iphone do so knowing fully well that an unlock solution may take several months to appear
