    Default Question

After installing installer from the package and installing bsd sub and openssh on the iPhone, is there any reason for me to keep these programs on the iPhone?
I know that there are games etc. to use, but I have also read of problems using summerboard, etc. Therefore I am apprehensive about downloading any programs that might wreck my iPhone.

I personally think it's good to have those progs. You can't have one without the other. You can always trim the fat on the bsd install manually. It's a pretty good size download

    edit: no summerboard for me

    Default Puzzlement!

Should I install the services app to later turn off shh to save the battery?

Frankly, I am not sure I have a battery drain problem. How can I tell if shh is still on without installing the services app?

What should I observe about the battery drain; like how quickly would it drain with shh on?

oh yes, that too. It's convenient. I don't have batt. drain issue as well but it is nice to be able to quickly turn on & off stuff. I also like some of Erica Sadun stuff.

Oh no. I'm not into themes, tones, cosmetic stuff. I just want a funtional phone that has the basic tools that are useful to me.
