I said that before , custom bootloader could mean unlocked, activated iphones stright out of itunes (guys do this, I hope i'm not embarassed later lol)

owned is exactly what it means. people often write pwned to make fun of a common tying mistake since the p and o keys are next to each other.

and to end another quick debate, is it pronounced pOwned, or pooned. I always said pOwned, but i've heard pooned (even though it sounds ridiculous.)

if its just making fun of the spelling, wouldnt it be pronounced "owned"? like l33t is pronounce "leet" (even tho its a reference to eLITE)?

Well to be fair, debating pronunciations of misspellings is never going to work as it's not verifiable by any dictionary. I say it's pronounced however people want to pronounce it
