pulling a kmac to go back to 1.0.0?
I was just wondering if by using the kmac method to update the firmware we can go back to 1.0.0 which has a different baseband and could possibly fix the wrong imei for those of us that used anysim to unlock.
You would need to:
1) use the kmac method and downgrade the firmware to 1.0.0. (errors are expected)
2) use bbupdater to flash the baseband with the 1.0.0 version. (may need to do it twice)
3) hopefully the invalid sim card error doesn't appear and the imei is correct.
4) hopefully the phone works too.
5) if 3 & 4 are correct, then upgrade to 1.0.2 again
6) hopefully the phone is still working and virgin?
Anybody want to try this?
