Problem when using official 1.1.3 upgrader
My iPhone Bootloader 3.9, I use this method: Virgin 1.0.2, Restore 1.1.3, then restore 1.1.1, update 1.1.2 and finally official update 1.1.3 - 3 in System from Installer, after that I use anySIM 1.3 from iClarified to unlock with MF 04.3.13G, The problem is when receive in comming call or message. My phone didn't show the name, instead of number, I try to fix but can't. Can any one help me this?? Thanks a lot.

Did you try saving the whole number insted of the abreviation of it?
In my country the cellphone numbers have 8 digits starting with 7, 8 or 9
If I saved the contact numbers only with those 8 digits my phone didn't show me the name of the caller. But I realized when I saved the numbers with the country and the city code starting with a '+' digit, it showed me the name of the caller.
So try saving the numbers like this:
+56988272698 (in my case: +56 <- chile, 9<- cellphone code, caller number)
I hope it helps.
