Default [Problem] Repair Needed iPhone cannot make or receive calls

A customer who I sold an iPhone to contacted me saying he has lost network and the phone showed Repair Needed iPhone cannot make or receive calls. The phone wont charge, doesn't have any sound and has no network signal.

I asked him to check the IMEI and ICCID but they were fine so I guess the baseband is ok. the phone runs on 1.1.1 and was 1.1.1 OTB. plz help me out. BTW I did search but because of the sensitivity of the iphone and because its not my phone I had to start a new topic. thanks

You need to update to 1.1.2 in order to fix ICCID and IMEI, thank retore to 1.1.1, jailbreak and run virginizer, after that restore again to 1.1.1 and after jailbreak unlock it.

So you mean your case is worth enough to create a thread especially for it ?

Where are the cameras ? Tell me you are kidding and it's just a prank.

hello moderator, are your threads worth money and do people who help in a forum get paid?? your talking like I'm an illegal immigrant in a country.

if your threads are worth money then I'll pay but don't talk like that

I talk the way this forum is working, this is a community here, not a helpdesk for businesses.

I'm doing this for free, and i really don't appreciate people coming with their big clogs and telling their posts are important.

If you were really used the search (keyword "Repair Needed") you would have found several threads where people are stuck in the same situation. So don't come and say you have searched.

If your problem is with the owner of the phone I just could have lied by sayin its my girlfriends phone

If your IMEI and ICCID are not damaged, so your dear customer messed up and don't want to tell you what he did.

Tell him to force it to enter in DFU mode and redo the unlock procedure.

There is one rule you have missed before deciding to sale something.
This rule is simple: Don't sale anything if you can't give after sale support.

Now i have a good advice for you: hire a tech guy to fix your Customers/GF/Whatever mess.
