is there a difference between the anySIM in the utilities folder and the AnySIM in the unlocking tools folder

yeah, I've noticed that the two different "anySim" and AnySim" programs also. Only one says it's from the Devteam while the other says "don't use unless you have too" or something like that.
I did a baseline downgrade to 04.01.03_G after seeing that anySim didn't support the .02 version....I ran it, it says "unlock successful" BUT I STILL have NO SERVICE with T-Mobile. I even went into airplane mode this time. OH well....now I have an iTouch.
