virgin state, not so virgin.... at+clck="PN",0,"000000" error

HI all,

I bought 2 iphones, unlock one of them with first iunlock release, the second one failed.

The "bad-iphone" has something wrong, i tried all the methods to unlock, including restore to "virgin state" in iphoneboom.com, but always i get the same "incorrect sim" and at+clck="pn",0,"000000" error.

I tried all the restore-baseband firmware write... and i always in the same place.

I enter in the irc channel, and all that get, it's the "smarter" guys, sending the url to iphoneboom, to the follow the steps to virgin state. Don't work for me, maybe my iphone is broken, but i read a lot of messages from people with the same message.

I understand that the devteam have another work to do, but, i hope that in some day we can recover our iphones. Please if some one have the same problem, post in this thread, to know how many people have the same problem.

I have sound and wifi when i insert the at&t sim card says no service and i can see the menu carriers, and appears the 3 carriers in spain,with me spanish vodafone sim( i tried a lot of them) says "incorrect sim".

pd. I will pay 100 usd to some one that help me to unbrick.

I had the same error when I used iUnlock. Even though the tutorial mentioned about rerunning the bbupdater and going back to minicom, I still got that error.

However I went ahead and type in the 2nd at+clck command and it returns a "0" which means my phone was successfully unlocked. I insert tmobile sim card and there is "no service" even after I restart my phone.

All I did was connect the iphone to itune and did a restore. After restore, jail break and place the lockdwnd file again in the usr/libexec/ and everything works great except youtube. Run the .bat file for youtube and everything is fine now.

Well, in your iphone the response to the 2nd command returns 0, that means that is unlocked, but in my iphone returns 1. that means it's locked.

The only thing I know is to keep re-running bbupdater and redoing the at+clck until u get a 0 on the 2nd command.

okie pm me ur id on gtalk or yahoo, we wil walkthrough it once and see.
i'll do this in the evening though around 6pm here so about 6 hrs from now

Please let me know if you find a solution. I have the exact same issue and even tried the H/W unlock with no luck!

Man, I have the same problem like you. I just posted a new thread about the same problem. If I knew that you had this thread I could have just post here.


anyway, my problem is like yours. MY IPHONE IS UNLOCABLE.
I tried everything

iUnlock_reloaded, iUnlock2 always gives me

the flash succeeded but the unlocked fail

rebooting does not help. when I put a t-mob SIM I get the INCORRECT SIM message. I did this like 50 times.

if I used the old origional iUnlock release that takes 20 minutes. Exiting minicom and doing bbupdater -v does not help. I did this 200 times. bbupdater -v always come up with the correct info.

I replaced lockdown with the patched one after the unlock and that did not help

I flashed the baseband 1000 times using bbupdater -f *.fls and -e *.eep

and and restored and start all over 100 times but that did not help.

I even wrote my own shell scripts in the iphone to automate all kind of flashing, unlocking , and rebooting through cron and nohup commands from the v100 terminal in the Iphone...... but that did not help.


NOW I seriously believe that there are some iphone that has some defect in their baseband somewhere. Or are made different?


Could anyone please explain to us what the

AT+CLCK="PN",2


actually does?

could we accomplish what this does any other way.

I mean if we are writing something starting at specific address in s-glod could we do this someotherway

Hi Tandalti,

I have exactly the same problem than you, maybe there's some phones that the unlock don't work.

the at command, i think that is the command that asks to the modem if the unlock has succeded. but i'm not sure

I will wait until sam contacts to me and make me do something diferent....
