I have a jailbroken & unlocked 1.1.1 iPhone.
I was wondering if I could download the 1.1.3 firmware file from Apple and shift+restore my phone with iTunes to 1.1.3 and then just use ZiPhone to unlock & jailbreak it?
Will it work? Or do I need to upgrade to 1.1.2 first and then jailbreak and activate it, and then move onto 1.1.3 ?

I wouls also like to know the answer to this except my phone was (i think) originally 1.1.1 or maybe earlier and it was upgraded to 1.1.1 when I got it, i then upgraded it to 1.1.2 and all was good.
I would like to now go to 1.1.3 but not sure what method to use with an already unlocked and jailbroken 1.1.2 phone. I also want to keep all my contacts.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

yeah. its no problem to go from 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 (i did it on my own personal iphone 2 days ago)...
all you need to do is plug iphone into computer, backup (just for safety), then click update (no need to hold shift), and let it download / install the 1.1.3 update. this will relock your phone, delete your apps, but no other data will be lost.
not keep it plugged in, close itunes, and run ziphone 2.0 or higher (earlier versions wont work!!) select the options to activate, jailbreak, unlock, repair... and then let it run. itunes will open, and tell you that you need to restore your iphone, but just ignore it. let the app finish running and when your phone says slide to unlock, you are good to unplug and go! :-) EXTREMELY EASY.
my set up was a 1.0.2 OTB, upgraded to 1.1.1 and unlocked / jailbroken, then updated to 1.1.3 and used ziphone. perfect results!
Really useful to know this as there must be lots of early breakers who bought 1.0.2 iphones, unlocked and then upgraded to 1.1.1 who would now like you have done, continue the upgrade process to 1.1.3 using the latest Ziphone tool.
Has any body else done this successfully? i.e. Taken an Out of the Box 1.0.2 iphone, unlocked it and upgraded to 1.1.1 remaining unlocked and subsequently upgraded further to 1.1.3 still remaining unlocked after using Ziphone or other process ?

Yes I did what you mentioned. 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 to 1.1.3
No problems at all.
What would like to know is: if I have an 1.1.2 OTB jailbreaked and unlocked using iWorld, can I upgrade to 1.1.3 without any risk of bricking it ?
so just to reconfirm . I am using a 1.1.1 unlock with Anysim . I need not virginize it again before upgrading it to 1.1.3 ? Just plug it into itunes and just update it to 1.1.3 right ? then after which follow the Ziphone process and i should be ok ?
