[Ultimate MacOS X Guide] Virgin 1.1.1 with iNdependence & anySIM

I've compiled a step-by-step instructions for activating/jailbreaking/unlocking of your virgin 1.1.1 iPhone with iNdependence 1.2.4 & anySIM 1.1 on Mac OS X.

This guide is based on instructions posted by naximus, ladyunlock & iphoneobsessive on hacint0sh for the general outline on activating/jailbreaking with iNdependence, and on unlock with anySIM.

Don't thank me. I just put everything (mainly from iNdependence Help) together and in the right order.

I haven't done the whole process myself as I'm eagerly awaiting my new iPhone end of the month.
