Because, the info is fake. Nobody will buy a locked iPhone with 1.1.3 firmware for 600 USD. US citizents can buy it at $ 400 (+ Sales Tax), and foreigners won't buy it at all, unless they know for sure that there is an unlock (or at least, activation and jailbreak) solution for itQuote:
