Speaker problem! I'm possitive that this is because *#307# bypass!!!

Hi, please try to help me solve this problem, I have two phones 16 GB 1.1.2 OTB, donwgrade to 1.1.1, soft jailbreak 1.1.3. Now running great but no sounds from speakers detected, either from keypad or camera,no sounds whatsoever. When I go to phone part and dial *#307# / answer/ hit speaker / decline/ and i come back to spring board than I'm getting sounds but there is a a green headline" touch to return to call" and phone is getting stuck when you try to hit the icon. After restart no sounds again. Does anybody know what would solve that problem? It was happening on 1.1.1 as well. Does this happen because of bypass *#307# ???

Im getting reports of sound issues too anyone else

its not because of bypass, its because of the 1.1.3 jailbreak method your using. especially since you went from 1.1.1 to 1.1.3

you gotta go from 1.1.3>1.1.1>1.1.2>soft jailbreak 1.1.3-3

go to settings and make: restore to original setting.
you will need to configure the wifi again but the sound will be back!

If you would read my message it says that this was happening on 1.1.1. as well before i did soft 1.1.3! So if I do 1.1.1./1.1.2/.1.1.3 it is not gonna help! Jakub

I did that it is not helping. I did settings/general/reset all settings.

So does this mean you got a 16GB iPhone and it had 1.1.2 instead of 1.1.3? I thought all the 16gb's would have 1.1.3? Thanks

Yeah, you reported BL is 4.6 but you say firm is 1.1.2???

actually i had the same problem.. with my otb 1.1.2 when i softupgraded it to 1.1.3 all the sounds vanished.. its all because the wrong MeCCa file..

u better restore the phone to 1.1.1 then upgrade to 1.1.2 and then softupgrade it..

or else if u want i can send u the original Mecca file and i will tell u where to upload it..

Sorry Guys it is cunfusing, the phone has 1.1.3 soft and 4.6 Bootloder OTB. This is correct info. I'm having an issue with two phones . Both are 16 GB. Anytime i do restore to whatever version of firmware the phone is ok. You can tap numbers on keypad in emergency mode but when you bypass it *#307# and jailbreak the sound is gone. You can not get any sound from the speakers. And when you plug the headphones in, sound starts coming of the speakers.....I have two phones like that. Don't understand what is going on. Thanks
