1.1.1 Firmware, unlocked with anySIM 1.1.
What will happen if I use iTunes and the option+Restore (using a Mac) to select the 1.1.1 ipsw file to restore the iPhone to 1.1.1?
Will it stay unlocked and just erase everything on the iPhone?
Will it stay jailbroken?

It will remain unlocked but you'll have to jailbreak and activate it again. I restored my 1.1.1 phone countless times. You'll be just fine.

You just have to jailbreak and activate it again. It remains unlocked.
So I can use the regular jailbreakme.com method for both jailbreaking and activating then?
