[Problem] iPhone locked again

Hi friends.

my name is juan I have Iphone 2G which was cracked so I can use it with any carrier.

my problems happened when one day I accidentally updated ITunes, know My sweet iphone restarts to recovery mode.

I have Itunes 8 and restore to those versions ( I also tried to downgrade to Itunes 7):

iPhone1,1_1.1.1_3A109a_Restore.ipsw

and also:

iPhone1,1_2.1_5F136_Custom_by_brathi.ipsw

I cant restore I get this error massege:

The Iphone "iphone"could not be restored.An unknown error occured (20)

Any idea how to restore the Iphone?
