Not receiving voicemail SMS

Hello there,

I've got a phone unlocked via iUnlocked, Pacays and it is v1.0.2 out of the box.

Everything works fine except for receiving an SMS from my phone company. Normally they send an SMS when a voicemail is left and also an SMS with the calls I have missed while my phone is turned off.

This does not sound like a techinical issue with the iPhone unlock but maybe something in the settings.

Any ideas?
