My iPhone is full signal but can not call.
It's show "Call Fail" everytime.
I try upgrade and downgrade to 1.1.1 ,1.1.2, 1.0.2 and DownBaseband to 3.14 -> 4.01.13 --> 4.02.13 and revergin.
But not work.
It's show full signal ---> and then i use AT&T sim.It's show full signal. omg:mad:
Plz help me

full signal, i can dial, but call failed..

Try go to: Setting -> Phone -> Show My Caller ID (set to OFF)
Please report back.
if you have the same problem try to restore to 1.1.1, virginized and unlock.
