I need help i have tried everything

I used to be able to use my Iphone with my tmobile sim card. My sister updated it on itunes not knowing what it would do. Well... Now it wants me to connect to itunes. When I do it tells me the sim card is not supported, or something of the sort. I cant restore it. I have tried downloading quickpwn.exe. I get as far as Browse for Firmware. It says that the correct ipsw will begin with 1,1_2.1. When I click browse it only has ipsw listings that start with 1,1_1.1. I am lost. My german exchange did it the first time, and now he is back in Germany. Now I am screwed. Can someone help me? Im am operating on Windows XP

What firmware did she download? If she downloaded 2.1 then try iclarified as previous post to get all the files on you computer and try it again.

i am guessing she downloaded the 1.1.4 fw.....if you had 7.6 or older itunes installed.....

dont panic ur phone is completely fine....just relax and put the info..:)
