I have been googleing for days... Please help

I have an OTB 1.1.1 jailbroken/unlocked iphone and i get the following problems
IMEI: Unknown ICCID: Unknown, Repair needed (iPhone cannot make or receive calls), no audio (except headset), and no WI-FI.
I’ve been looking around for DAYS! But nothing the closest I gotten fixing my problem is {I downgraded to 1.0.2 and jail broken} I can load applications using “iBrickr” and use the phone as an iPod but, I cannot make or receive calls), no audio (except headset), and no WI-FI.
I followed all the guides that I could find but to no avail.
I run ieraser and it comes back cannot ping baseband.
I then run bbupdater and it just goes to retry1,2,3,4 etc... And ends after 10 tries and says Baseband Bootloader is too old, needs 1.8 or higher.

Is there a baseband bootloader file that I am missing? I can't find one anywhere?
When I run bbupdater -v nothing shows up...

Is there no fix?

Just too add, I think my whole problem is just trying to load a new baseband. If I could get it loaded back on, I would be all set. So I just need help to figure out why when I run
bbupdater -e ICE03.14.08_G.eep -f ICE03.14.08_G.fls it just retries 1, 2, 3, 4 all the way to 10 tries to reset and ends with Baseband boot loader too old....”

Is there a fix or am I finally going to fix that wobbly table in my living room?

try thispush shift+restore in itunes, then choose firmware 1.1.1, downloaded to your pc before from apple.com
