Help! What's happening to my device?

I tried to re-jailbreak but the screen keep getting stuck like the following image. Changed the motherboard less than 1 year ago only.

In some cases, a picture is worth a thousand words. Not in this case though! :)

We'll need some more information to troubleshoot:

1) What version of iOS were you on when you tried to jailbreak?
2) What jailbreak tool (and version) did you use to attempt to jailbreak?
3) Have you previously jailbroken?
4) Are you attempting to unlock?
5) Did you restore while blocking a baseband update?
