Help with patch lockdown on iPhone 1.1.1

Hi my iphone FW 1.1.1 was activated trough Dev Team method using iASign, and now i have realized there is a patch lockdown file for 1.1.1 i already downloaded it to my computer (Mac) but now i dont know what to do with it, where to upload it into the iphone and if i need to delete any files from my iphone, and what files from the iASign activation i should backup just in case the patch lockdown doestn works.

The patched lockdownd file needs to be placed in /usr/libexec. First backup the original lockdownd by renaming it to lockdownd.bak.

ok thank you...and what about the activation record, and pair records i need to delete those files and folders or just keep them??
