Cannot install the Installer!!!!

All,

Got a phone I've just activated and unlocked but got the "Incorrect Sim" error so I followed an instruction to put back into Recovery mode, Restore and then use WininstallerGUI to Jailbreak and Reactivate.

Now I cannot install the Installer App from ibrickr.

Going back into WininstallGUI and trying Jailbreak or Return to Jail do not work for me. When I Return to jail it just sits there saying "Sending Services.plist".

I know that when you first run ibrickr Applications you have to go through the reboot process to put in the PXL (which I assume then allows you to install apps), can I re-run this process?

Also - It does let me go through the Motions of installing any Application within ibrickr but its very quick to install the PXL for each app and ultimately does nothing.
