[all iPhones] possible to clone an iPhone?

Now that it is possible to change the IMEI# on new 1.1.2 / 1.1.3 OTB iPhones and to modify the seczone following question come up to me:

Is it possible to CLONE an iPhone?

What do we need to change, that the Apple Server / iTunes thinks the connected iPhone is one of the "official unlocked" iPhones which were available for about 2 weeks in germany (for 999EUR)?

I thought it is verified through the IMEI addresse.

Any ideas?

to clone an iPhone (it's NOT LEGAL!) you need the IMEI, the Serial Number and the Seczone.
