Is that a question? I don't know if I understood you...but you don't need to downgrade to 3.9 fakeblank...you can jailbreak and activate using iLiberty+ and then install bootneuter and unlock the baseband that way. Set bootlader to 4.6 Neuter ON Unlock On Fakeblank OFF. and hit flash. if you have a mac you can use the pwnage tool for the whole process.Quote:

For a brand new phone, make sure you Restore it through itunes first. Once that is done, you can do everything else with iliberty+.

I would do what LexVero suggested.
Jailbreak + activate (no unlock) using iLiberty or iplus.
When done, use installer to download the bootneuter app.
run bootneuter app and set it as suggested above and hit flash.
If you have MAC, pwned on Mac platform is rock solid.
this day, pwned is a better choice for JB+ACT+unlock.
totally agree with dtube :). Since the new iphone will come with newest bootloader(4.6) and you don't need to downgrade your bootloader to unlock (remember don't use ziphone or else you'll end up with bootloader 3.9fb which can cause some problem). So, just get the new iphone and use any software like iLib+ to Jailbreak(which already selected when you start the software), + activate, and install some payload if you like.
