activate with itunes error after unlocking

I unlocked my gf's iphone OTB 1.1.1
jailbreaked using jailbreakme.com
installed Anysim1.1
unlocked

WIFI works phone works edge works youtube works

but when she tries to sync the iphone itunes asks her to activate her iphone through ATT

she is currently using her old cingular sim card and she is not planning on signing up 2yrs with ATT.

Can we bypass this problem?

solved:

virginized the phone to 1.1.1
restored 1.1.1

jailbreakme
anysim 1.1

voila it's sync'in with itunes!

so the key point was to virginize then restore.
