[1.1.4/2.0]{solution}installer(1.1.4) Vs apps wid 2.0(without installer)

after so many hours of searching to update 1.1.4 to 2.0 i get into this trouble that if i install 2.0 then i wont have installer will not be available but version 2.0 is faster than 1.1.4/3/2/1

battery problem is also available in 2.0 as shared by hackintosh users!!


i dont know should i get my iphone into new version of 2.0 with apps or shld i stick to my lovely installer, bsd..etc application who made my journey with iPhone into a heaven??

installer is not available in 2.0 so, you gave yourself the answer. stick to 1.1.4 then.

Installer 4.0 WILL be available pretty soon according to it's developer check link:

and it looks pretty good to me !

If you read the page you are linking to, all current repositories need to be converted to the new format, so do not expect it to happen overnight.

Pretty soon means nothing btw.

well thats of course your opinion and you are compelte free of having one.

What i'm trying to brint to the table is that installer is not dead and WILL be available for FW2.0.

I've upgraded to 2.0 couple of days ago:

1) I think Cydia is far worse than installer: messy, very few applications there (not because of cydia itself, just becaus 2.0 of course)
2) battery issue was there, after switching off "push" gone.

what do you mean after switching off push gone?
