[1.1.3 (1.1.2OTB)] Jailbreak+Unlock working!

Hey everyone,

I just performed the upgrade/jailbreak to 1.1.3.
First everything went well. iBrickr did its job and as far as I could tell the installer did its job to until it said: "Main script execution failed". After that the upgrade wouldnt start anymore and iBrickr said I have a wrong version. So I just rebootet the phone to see what happens because iTunes also said it couldnt connect because of an error.
Now after rebooting everything seems to work.
Firmware is 1.1.3, buttons "wiggle" and the phone functions work aswell!
(Interesting though: the buttons keep wiggling until I push the Home-button, is that normal?)

So all in all I can confirm it to be working.

So for all of you out there with BL 3.9 and already unlocked phones: go ahead and upgrade to 1.1.3. Its just great

My iPhones history:
1.1.2otb bl4.6 -> jailbreak -> hardware downgrade to bl3.9 -> jailbreak -> unlock
and now: 1.1.3 jailbreak/unlocked!

I performed the unlock before upgrading to 1.1.3 and the upgrade/jailbreak left my phone still unlocked.
But to clarify this for everyone: The soft upgrade to 1.1.3 had NOTHING to do with unlocking the phone. It just left the already existing unlock existing in contrary to a usual upgrade/restore through iTunes!!

yes, normal behaviour

It said on tuaw that you dont have to upgrade your baseband. Is there sth. I have to look for if I dont want to have my baseband upgraded, or is the standard procedure without the baseband upgrade?

It seems to be standard procedure.
My baseband version is still 4.02.13_G like it was before!
No options to upgrade it or not to upgrade it. Its really a straight forward procedur you have to make like four clicks on your PC in iBrickr and then two clicks in the installer, thats it.

Does the Locate Me function in Google Maps work though?

I have a week 50 production phone and I'm fairly new to this forum (this is my first post). My iphone has not been jailbroken or even plugged into the computer yet. PLEASE tell me if i have misinterpreted this thread; so far when reading this title, i imagine that now my new iphone with firmware 1.1.2 can be software unlocked?

I found the function not really working... that might be because I am in Europe where the Sky-...something company that apple uses is still gethering information about those wifi spots/beacons.
