But are there really good enough reasons to upgrade to 1.1.3?
I mean, what are the new features? Wiggly Icons (you might as well use the customizer), Locate Me (there's a custom app for that), and multiple recipients in SMS (there's an custom app for that as well).
But other than that? Seems hardly worth the risk/effort...
You got it. While the Jailbreak may be beneficial in the near future, what everyone needs right now is a software unlock solution for 1.1.2 OTB, and it doesn't seem anyone is working on that...
@ iinkr3dii :D
yes its still unlocked/unlockable and everything is cool :D i dont need locateMe shit ..its just everything else is just working fine ;-)
i cant get 1.1.3 softupgrade to show in installer for love nor money!
any ideas????
Ok, just finished jailbreaking 1.1.3, first try failed miserably and I had to restore to 1.1.1 and start over again. The second time it worked, and I am more than happy.

Try refreshing your sources. Do you have Community Sources installed?
Its on the very top if you go to "All packages"
I found three bugs in this upgrade.
I had to set my EDGE and VPN Settings new.
When I tried typing in the EDGE server it would always jump back to the Springboard. Whene I started at the password first, working my way up it worked and saved those settings.
With VPN I set the password in the settings but after saving them it removes the password again and asks for it every time I want to connect to VPN.
And third: I had OpenSSH installed before, now I cant conncet to it anymore so it doesnt seem the be installed. Therefore I wanted to uninstall it in the Installer. Unfortunately I get an "Main Script execution failed!" Error everytime I try.
So I am gonna have to remove it manually to reinstall it.
Will get on that later today.
