Even tho that this is your first post, you have to understand that the Dev Team is doing their best to provide us a software solution for 1.1.2 OTB. There is no 'why'. Just be patient like everybody else.
Just stop imagine a software unlock for 4.6 BL there will not happen anytime soon.

Just read the forum. There's quite enough information here about anything related to the 1.1.2 unlock. It is only possible through hw methods yet. Use the search function before starting a new thread.
