[1.1.2 OTB] HW Unlock - damaged A17?

Hi,

I am simply not able to connect the testpoint successfully. First I was trying without a magnifying glass and now I think I damaged the A17 wire.

Anyone with similar experience out there? What is the symptom if A17 is really damaged? Like I said, for me it looks like I never connected the testpoint although I am quite sure now I did.

first i wanna thank you for this guide "[1.1.2. OTB][Solution] Brick & erased baseband > Jailbreak and Activate", which was very helpful for me.

i think i am in the same boat. since the last two weeks i try to complete the HW unlock. until now w/o success. if you really think you have damaged the trace you can repair it with a conductive silver or gold lacquer. here is an example conductive pen. or use a microscope to check first.
perhaps we are lost because of restoring. i dont know......
i will keep on trying another two weeks :mad: . if it is still unseccessful i'll throw the iphone out of the window! multiply the the hours you have waste for the Hw unlock with your hourly rate then you will find out that you could have bought 10 new iphones with 10 proxysims.
