[1.1.1 OTB] Upgraded to 1.1.3, how do I downgrade baseband without WiFi?

The phone came to me with 1.1.2 firmware on it but it was originally 1.1.1. I downgraded to 1.1.1 and ran the baseband downgrade from i.unlock.no, it went fine, I restored 1.1.1 and all of a sudden Wifi and bluetooth are gone. I went back to 1.1.2, still no wifi, so I tried 1.1.3, still no wifi. I am down to 1.0.2 now, still no wifi but the baseband is 4.03.13g and the IMEI is corrup, showing the 04999. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks!

I am trying to install applications using iBrickr on 1.0.2 but nothing is installing onto the phone for some reason, can anyone help me out? Thanks!
