[1.1.1 OTB] Fail upgrade to 1.1.3, restored to 1.1.1 but can't Jailbreak

Anyone please hlep me. My phone is 1.1.1 OTB and I have been using a jailbreak 1.1.1 iphone. I follow Dev team method to upgrade to 1.1.3. Everything seems to work except I can use the phone at the end of the upgrade So, I decide to restore back to 1.1.1. I follow the instruction in iclarified (http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=461) using ibrickr v0.91 to get out of the restore screen. However, every time I try to use jailbreakme.com, my phone would not reboot/restart. When I turn my phone back on after a few mins it's still at the Activate iphone screen. What am I done wrong? Now I just want to go back to 1.1.1.

restore 2 times to 1.1.1
then try to do jailbreak again
downgrade your baseband after jailbreak
restore 1.1.1 ONE more time, then jailbreak.
