1.1.1 jailbreakme.com not working?!

hi i ve been reading and struggling for an answer for the past 4 days...while i have no second phone to make my calls!!(so this is kind of urgent!)

i ve tried the jailbreakme.com method for 1.1.1---but it only shows that it loads for 2 seconds...(it just changes the address to jailbreakme.com/files/y.tiff ) and then it does nothing ...that means NO safari crash. it tried it thousands of times, i even read somewhere that i should connect itunes first and then press the install appsnapp button...but nothing happened.

i tried the jailbreak.toc2rta.com method...but NO response...

i tried i.unlock.no.... but for some reason I canNOT figure out where the "tap to unlock iphone button" is!!!

I AM OUT OF options ...and the more i read the more similar unanswered questions i find........ PLEAAAAAASSSEEEEE anyone came up with a solution??

man, there are probably 15 other and much more easier solutions out there for your iPhone!

yeah but the png exploit was the only (?) computerfree jailbreak?

ok...please enlighten me... because i tried even the CARNAVAL method which screwed up my iphone....

just tell me a method that still works and i will research it..

i ve also read about an iphuc application,yet i read it s rather old to work!! dunno...
so please a vague answer won t help me and apparently others as well..be specific


PS i have also done somework with winSCP..i have downloaded ibrick (although i totally ignored it),and many other tools

I found myself to me in a similar predicament.

I was on 1.0.2.
upgraded to 1.1.4 without virginizing
downgraded baseband to 04.01.13_G
restored firmware to 1.1.1

tried iliberty and it gets stuck on the purple restore screen and loops the error after restart
tried the *#307# method and links do not work. (are there others beside jailbreakme.com and i.unlock.no?)

If I restore firmware to 1.1.4, I can activate/jailbreak the phone but I don't get any service.

Please help us

there are several thread about this going on. There are tutorial for this as well. Look at recent posts.
I have to run now but I'll be back to give you some advices.

i ve checked all over ..even to threads about i liberty , winpwn,and pwnaged...there s nothing about the 1.1.1. my hope is that u can prove me wrong or else i will throw the phone on the street! i am missing calls and i ve been reading threads noon to midnight! i got really frustrated with it.. sorry...

Is there a specific reason for you to keep your phone in 1.1.1 and not upgrade to 1.1.x or 2.x firmware ?!?!?!
If you really have to throw your phone in the trash, send it to me :D:D:D

This method should work for you. It's so simple that I felt stupid for not attempting it in the first place. All you really need to do is dfu to 1.1.4 and just activate and unlock with iliberty. You really don't need to virginize the phone.

if you have/had 1.0.2 unlocked and you choose to go up to 1.1.x or 2.x then you may run into problem of no imei, no service. We've helped so many people with this already.
