[1.1.1 BAD IMEI] So nobody knows how to fix a bad imei...

I've been serching a lot , and when I say a lot I mean A LOT... 10 days now and there is no solution for bricked iphones, someone says if without the sim the imei is still 0049 there is no software solution.. It seems very unlikely to me that there is no solution out there, the only way I found so far is using it with a stealthsim, or wait for 04.13.8 baseband unlock.. since restoring to 113 fix the imei and bricked iphones in general..
which is the real solution? but most important: do we have a solution? or the first target now is the unlock for the new baseband since it will fix iphones and let everybody happy for othr obvious reasons...?

Your best chance is to update to 1.1.3, hope that that fixes the IMEI and then downgrade to 1.1.2 or 1.1.1.

of course I did that, the imei was back in 113 but then downgrading to 102 or 111 got back to 0049... please someone who knows what he is talking about
