1.1.1 AnySim unlocked phone - Want to do a fresh restore to 1.1.1 and unlock again

I seem to be getting random freezing on my phone where I have to reboot to get the touchscreen to work again. After I reboot it works good for a few days, then it happens again. This seemed to start happening after I installed SummerBoard and/or Dock. I did not have "Dim Wallpaper" on, so I know that isnt the issue.

I did uninstall Dock and SummerBoard and cleaned up any leftover folders on the phone.

What is the process for me to basically revert back to 1.1.1 from my currently unlocked 1.1.1 phone and basically start fresh?

If you are a Mac user, download and install Independence 1.2.5. There is a great guide in the Help menu, basically you need to downgrade to 1.0.2 and upgrade to 1.1.1 again, strictly following the given intructions.
If you used anySim 1.1 to unlock, you might have ti do it again under 1.1.1. As I remember I didn't need to, but I might be wrong.

I am on Windows, but I really to have to downgrade back to 1.0.2 first eh :(

I was hoping I could just restore to 1.1.1 jailbreak/activate/unlock :(

if your phone is unlocked already you dont have to unlock it again!
just put your phone in the dfu mode restore it with 1.1.1 and jailbreak it via jailbreakme.com! after that you dont need to run anysim again DONT RUN ANYSIM AGAIN;)

you can read a whole guide about it here!
but you have to put your phone in dfu mode first otherwise jailbreakme.com will not work when you just restore your phone via itunes!

So for DFU restore mode, I simply hold the power and home buttons for 10 seconds until the phone turns off, then release the power button and keep holding home, correct?

yes should be this way but i normally put my phone in dfu via indpendence (for mac os x) i bet the windows tools can to this too.
