Default is it possible to unlock 1.1.4 OOB?

I know this might be a dumb question, but i haven't seen anything anywhere, unless the 1.1.4 update hasn't hit stores yet, but that wouldn't make sense.

    any thoughts?

If you are happy with your FW 1.1.2 OTB and your TurboSIM, leave this way. Then you don't going to have trouble asking for warranty in case of a failure or malfunction.
