The way to get out of this is to use independance (MAC) to jailbreak it again...it will work then. but before you do you gota restore your phone again which will leave you with an unlocked iphone (if you went ahead all the way with ibrikr and unlocked your 1.1.1) but with an unactivated iphone..then you activate with independance....it should fully work then..good luck
Ibrickr has not gotten worse. It's still the same with some added features.
You have to remember, ibrickr 0.91 DOES NOT work with 1.1.1 iphone. When you launch ibrickr with 1.1.1 iphone, it will attempt to downgrade to 1.0.2. Nate put this in because at the time that's the way to do it. Now, you can use CARNAVAL or Jailbreakme.com or whatever.
Just don't use ibrickr with 1.1.1 phone that's all.

For what reason, you run ibrickr with an unlocked/jailbroke,activated 1.1.1 phone? The ibrickr site already said it doesn't support FW 1.1.1. ibrick 0.91 supports FW 1.0.2 only if you want to install appz and transfer file/ringtone, AND DOWNGRADE 1.1.1 phone to 1.0.2. Read the site notice before you complaining and bad mouth ibrickr.

The newest iBrickr has never been compatible with 1.1.1. The author's website has stated this since the get go.
The only thing the new iBrickr is good for is to downgrade your already bricked 1.1.1. to a workable 1.0.2. (if you updated the firmware and had unlocked with AnySim 1.0.2 you would brick your phone). That's it. You can't even use the new iBrickr to install software onto 1.1.1.
Not sure why someone with a perfectly working 1.1.1. phone would use the new iBrickr.

Yes, I am aware it does not work with iBrickr but I tried it what that button does.
It is stupid to put it there.

My mistake...I did not try it with a 1.1.1...it was a 1.0.2 that I tried it with...(so bad of me to make such a mistake and write 1.1.1 instead). Either way, iBrikr still did that to my vrigin 1.0.2 iphone...so it has gotten worse..I will never use it again period.

why restore????
when you see the white screen, just restart the phone. the screen with a disc and plug will show up. leave it for a few mins and it will go back to the activation screen. or, you can click Boot the Phone on iBrickr.
