Try holding Power and Home buttons until your phone shuts down.
Then holding the Home button, dock your phone. Keep holding Home until your phone enters into recovery mode. The do a RESTORE to 1.1.3

Hi,
1st: CALM DOWN and take a deep breath :-)
2nd:
- close the ziphone aplication
- open iTunes
- disconnect your iPhone
- hold down the HOME and the POWER Button until it turns black
- connect your iPhone while holding the HOME Button
The iPhone should go into recovery mode (iBoot)
- now iTunes should recognizey your iPhone and you can restore to the 1.1.3 Soft.
Regards
Stodek

Disconnect it, set your iPhone in restore mode, restore to 1.1.3 using iTune, rerun ziphone again, I suggest you to select verbose mode, that will show you what you are doing in your iPhone, so that you can know your phone is hang or not.

Can you get your phone into recovery mode??
With the phone off, hold Home and dock it. Keep holding home until you see an iTunes icon with a USB cable.
If you get there, open up iTunes, and RESTORE your phone to 1.1.3

What do you mean out of reboot??
Force your phone to shut down (Power+Home)
The point is to be in restore mode, so iTunes will recognize your phone and allow you to restore a copy of your firmware.
