this is the 2nd iphone i've unlocked. the only part i'm not able to finish is the overwriting of the lockdownd file. i've used fugu and cyberduck to no avail. please help!

i've just succeeded. i managed to overwrite the lockdownd file with cyberduck only after i had installed apptap.
