i have unlocked my iphone useing anySim it seems all went good, but i have a problem

i can call, send sms, resive sms, but cant resive calls please help me i called to mu carrier they said that everything is fine here its your phone problem so maybe any1 had the same problem who can help me or please help me to restore to virgin settings please write tutorial how to do this for noobs who aint know no thing it this

i cant do this when i try to follow steps from this tutorial it doesnt work, i mean when i try to type first line from this tutorial it doesnt do anything please if any1 can write commantds wich i have to write in terminal to restore virgine settings
