When i unlocked my phone, i used iBrickr and everything went smoothly! but since then when i try to install a pxl application on my iphone iBrickr says that it has installed the program and that my iphone will soft-restart, but my iphone never soft restarts. I was able to do this before. i can not even take any applications off. (I am a Windows only user). {I even restored my iphone and reunlocked it, i was able to put applications on it up until after the unlock completed.} pleaseee help! i really want to be able to add some applications to my iphone. ~Thanks!

i followed all the steps of iBrickr, and i was able to put applications on there until after i unlock. i have already tried restoring my phone 3 times and starting form scratch, but i don't want to try anymore since there is a unlock attempt limit.

i removed dropbear SSH because i heard that it lowers battery life. Is there a way to get dropbear back on to my iphone, since i have heard that you can put apps with WinSCP?

come on guys/girls!!! so mayn people have viewed this, and not one person has a solution....hmmmm! if you think that you can help, but are not sure it will work, just suggest ur idea to me anyways! i really want to be able to put apps. on my iphone!

the unlock does not effect putting applications on the iphone!

If having problems you can either use the apptap installer, ibricker or winstaller
these all jailbreak your phone and then allow you to put app on.
I suggest you just keep trying it WILL work eventually make sure you stop the itunes helper service in task manager it can cause problems.

to recap join phone to computer, let itunes see phone, ctrl alt del end all itunes processes, launch apptap or ibricker or wininstaller

okay, i tried all that, and ibrick says that it is installed on my iphone, but then my phon does not soft restart. (does pacay do anything, cuz i have that?)

oaky i fixed it, how do i delete this thread now?
