WHy cant we use iBrickr anylonger after using this method to activate/jailbreak?

I couldnt get winscp to work either to connect to the phone anymore.

ibrickr currently does not support native 1.1.1 version. I miss that program too. Hopefully Nate will deliver one soon.
winscp requires bsd + I think community sources. when you run winscp, make sure the file protocol selection is scp and not sftp

I do in fact have that file, but when I run the program it says it cant find it for the jailbreak.exe. Then if I just try and let it continue iphuc also cant find the file. I've reinstalled Quicktime to get a fresh copy and rebooted the pc. Still get the error. Any help would be greatly appreciated

EDIT: After uninstalling, then reinstalling Quicktime, then a quick PC reboot, everything worked like a charm. Now running 1.1.1 with working WiFi, Youtube and phone features. Thank you.

@cannibalkidd,
another user reported that he has 2 copies of qtmlclient.dll on his system. One belongs to quicktime and one belongs to adobe photoshop. can you search the system, if found, rename the one from photoshop to something and run Carnaval again

I take it this wont work taking a virgin 1.02 and upgrading it to 1.1.1?

Just followed all the instruction's and everything is fine, up and running! I had 1.0.2 anysim unlocked. Virginized it, updated to 1.1.1 run Carnival and Queima Raparigal!!! I had everything from my 1.0.2...Contacts, music, bookmarks! Holy S...! Brasuco you rule irmão!!! Representing Brazil! That's respectful!

It will work as long as it's 1.1.1.
for stock 1.0.2, the prefer tool is still PACAY since CARNAVAL is not tested with 1.0.2

What did you do to correct the problem with iTunes not being able to read the iphone. I have everything on the phone working, but its showing the 300mb in about and itunes cant recognize it. Is there a way for me to manually remove the symlink through putty or winscp?
