There's probably a firewall along the way between your computer and the TIFF exploit server that is redirecting your attempts to connect to the TIFF server to another page. Unfortunately, the only solution is finding yourself another network or another server.

I have only tested with an ATT card. I can't foresee any problems about using it with a non-ATT card. Luckily, someone here that tried CARNAVAL with a non-ATT card might give us a definite answer.
