I think it is about time to close new registrations on these forums. or do an IQ test before activation. Something soft, just to know if new user can read and comprehends what is wrote.

I m pretty sure a lot of people just read that iphone is unlockable(back in 1.1.1 "era")
and just got one.
They're so excited that want a fast solution.
I m pretty sure that when the unlock comes out indeed there are going to be a lot more threads asking what tutorial to use, which method is the best, help i can't find the 1.1.2 OTB unlock guide, etc...

It might be wiser to have a note when registering that 1.1.2 OTB is still unlockable and please dont post any questions regarding a 1.1.2 unlock unless reading the sticky first.

maybe the best way to go about it would be to change that picture when your registering - you know the one that has a few hard to read letters/numbers and you have to type in what it says - that could be changed to always say "new iphones can't be unlocked" so the new users will have to read it
