I have an unlocked iphone at 1.0.2. I tried to virginize through installer before i upgraded to 1.1.1 but in the process it said "main script failed". i had to restore the phone and i want to unlcok it again but i cant find the original anysim.pxl file that i can upload through ibrickr. some one please help me!

did you just update your installer ?

BTW, you don't need anySIM.pxl or anySIM installer app to virginize.

i used the virgize app from the i.unlock.no source. i jus need anysim to unlock my 1.0.2

For 1.0.2, you have to use the old anySIM 1.0.x which will corrupt your seczone again and you have to virginize again.

Best is to upgrade to 1.1.1 now and go from there. Trust me on this.

You have successfully virginized, you are ready to upgrade to 1.1.1. Jailbreak + activate it at 1.1.1 then unlock using anySIM 1.1.1.

But again, why 1.1.1 because you will want 1.1.2.

your best bet:

upgrade to 1.1.1
jailbreak+activate
install bsd
install oktoprep
shift update to 1.1.2 (via itune )
jailbreak+activate
install bsd
download anySIM 1.2.1u and unlock it (phone in airplane mode).

Stay at 1.1.2 for now.

this will work even though the fone didnt virginize? like i said in my earlier post when i tried to virginize through installer on 1.0.2 it didnt go through.

I thought you have done it successfully.

Now. the "main script failed". Is that during the virginize process? did you install BSD before doing that?

ya it is during the virginize process and i had bsd installed

I say do a DFU restore to 1.0.2.
jailbreak and activate it using apptapp & pacay or wininstaller.
from there, run installer app, install bsd and etc.. and try it again.

Wait. One question: Your phone right now should be working . Is it?
